Schematic Design.

With your input, all elements are drawn together (literally) as areas of the site are identified and connected through circulation and overall experience. You’re part of the process. We keep communication open throughout the design process -from iterations to installation.

Design Development.

Responding to the variables and limitations of the site, we refine the design to the level of detail necessary. We stay flexible and responsive to the cues of the landscape’s microclimates and present species of flora and fauna, including the needs specific to each client.
